The opening Ceremony of the 45-Days party Theory-Guidelines for the First and Second Series of 2021 at the State Water Supply Enterprise of Champasak Province.

On September 9, 2021, the opening ceremony of the 45-day Party Theory-Guidance Training Series, Series I and II for 2021 was held at the Champasak Provincial Water Supply Enterprise. Honored to co-chair Mr. PhD Supani Silipounyo, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial Propaganda and Training Committee.

 There are 80 members of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the Provincial Propaganda and Training Committee, the Provincial Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Office of the People's Procurator, the teachers and key staff of the Provincial Water Supply Enterprise.

 The training aims to raise the level of knowledge, correct understanding of Mark-Lenin theory, Kaisone  Phomvihan ideology and the party's new change direction.
